Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparers (AZCLDP) are certified to provide legal services without the supervision of an attorney. In order to earn their certification, AZCLDPs are required to undergo extensive training, 10 hours of continuing education every year, thorough testing, and need to be re-certified every two years.
AZCLDPs can prepare any legal document as per your instructions, but cannot provide legal advice. However, if court ordered AZCLDPs must disclose any requested information as they are not bound to attorney-client privilege.
